Bio
Neil grew up as one of 7 siblings in South End, Boston, MA. He's the third oldest. He grew up among crime and drugs, losing his youngest brother early to an OD. He was doing alright in school, while working extra at a local petrol station. He eventually joined the US Airforce to get away from it all. During his second run in Iraq something traumatic happened that he has trouble remembering. All he can say for certainty is that two of his fellow comrades found him lost in ruined town.

As a former Airman he has received: Prisoner of War medal and the Air Force Combat Action medal. He holds the rank of E-5: staff sergeant, although he's now back stateside. He isn't too keen on heading off again. But that doesn't seem to be happening anytime soon. His commanding officer has ordered him to stay on base, doing paper work and drills.

Personality
Before enlisting, Neil was laid back and easy going. He has no outstanding academic work and occasionally drifted off. Out of all the siblings he used to be easiest to get along with. Formerly an extrovert person, his experiences in Iraq has changed his personality significantly. He still drifts off, losing his train of thought at times. Bu he has gotten more introverted, almost suspicious. There's something dark over him these days. He has developed a mean and mischievous streak he hadn't shown before. Some of his inhibitions has loosened aswell. The war changed him. Or was it just the war? Months are missing from his memory. According to his service records he spent that time as a POW. But he can only recall bits an pieces and something isn't adding up.

Description
He dresses casually with t-shirts and hoodies in aquatic colors (navy blue, grey etc.). He prefers practicality over fashion statements. He's 6'0. He's lean but athletic. He got blue eyes, sandy blond hair. He has a little bit of scruff.


Abilities & Skills
He's an accomplished soldier. He can handle a gun, travel long distances and lift heavy weights. He has some tactical experience and has developed a good handling of recruits. He was on good terms with his own squad and didn't hesitate to shoot or keep others safe.

Some time during the war he developed what one could consider supernatural abilities. He became stronger, faster and more resilient. His senses are more refined and his spatial awareness has deepened. It leads to him drifting off as his focus shifts to other things. It has also made it more difficult to sleep. Not just because of nightmares but also because of his keen senses. In addition to that he's more inclined to break stuff, not realizing his own strength. He also needs more calories to keep his body in top-form.
There's a psionic potential in him that comes of as... unnatural.
